Can I show my bebo or myspace Dictum in different places?
Yup. If you're willing to hack around a bit... Take a look at the embed code generated by the 'anywhere!' feature and replace 'html' in the swf url and the containerId flashvar with the name of your network (in lower case) and the identifier flashvar with your network id (a number).
